I received my Baccalaureate Nursing Degree in 2009 and worked as an RN in the ER/ICU before getting my Masters of Nursing degree, with a Nurse Practitioner focus, in 2014. From there, I worked at a rural family practice, became a Clinical Educator for Venture Health Care and came to specialize in Addiction Medicine.

My education in Medical Aesthetics started in 2020 when I was looking for a way to combine my scientific knowledge and love of the beauty industry. I obtained two certification programs which combined theory and hands on learning to bring the best practices to my patients. It was through discovering Medical Aesthetics that I realized I could turn this into a service that makes people feel confident and beautiful.

Because ultimately, I want to make people feel good about themselves. That’s why I do what I do. I love the feeling I get when someone leaves my office feeling like a more confident, beautiful and amazing person.

Aside from my job, first and foremost, I’m a mom to my two sons, 12 and 1 year old, and a wife to my wonderful husband. Together we enjoy being outside and living a healthy and self sustainable lifestyle.

Since graduating with honors from Scientific Marvel Beauty School in 2014, I’ve specialized in facials and personalized skincare treatments designed to enhance your natural glow. Now, I’m excited to also offer basic SkinPen® micro-needling and teeth whitening, giving you even more ways to boost your confidence and radiance.

As a busy mom of two boys, I know how important it is to make time for self-care, and my goal is to provide a relaxing, rejuvenating experience that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. I earned my Bachelor of Nursing in 2015 and have spent much of my career in acute medicine and emergency care. While I thrived in the fast-paced environment and valued the patients I served, I was drawn to finding a way to combine my nursing expertise with my creative side. That path led me to TLS Aesthetics, where I deeply connect with the clinic’s philosophy of aging gracefully, helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin while celebrating what makes them unique.

One of my favorite treatments to provide is Botox for its ability to create subtle, yet transformative, results. I love enhancing natural features in a way that feels fresh, soft, and empowering. I’m also excited to now offer SkinPen® micro-needling, with add-on as well as basic micro-needling to further support skin health and rejuvenation.

Outside of work, I’m a busy mom of two little boys who keep me on my toes and fill my free time with chaos and adventure.

Jen graduated from the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Manitoba in 2014. She has spent her career working in ICU, with most of her time in the Pediatric ICU in Winnipeg (also Calgary for a short time).

She is passionate about her career choice and helping sick children in need.

Jen completed an aesthetic course offered through THMA, was monitored, and trained by an amazing injection nurse, Jessica Jacobs, NP. Jen will be working under the direction of an equally amazing Nurse Practitioner, Tamara Sawatzky.

I began my careen in aesthetics in 2005 after finishing Aesthetics school in Winnipeg. After a few years in the field I knew I wanted more. I switched gears and began my career in Nursing after graduating from university of Ottawa in 2013.

My nursing career led me to work with the worlds most vulnerable population in NICU where I still currently practice. The ICU environment had left me searching for more creativity and medical aesthetics seemed like a no brainer.

After completing the aesthetic injection course offered by THMA I opened my own “little” treatment room located in Niverville Manitoba. I don’t consider my injection days “work”, as they are so rewarding. I enjoy the connections I make with my patients and love giving people their confidence back!
